We will be closing on Thursday the 22nd of December at 1.00pm GMT and will be on vacation until Wednesday the 4th January 2016. All orders placed during this period will be dispatched in the week commencing the 4th January2016.

Christmas shipping up-date:
Monday the 19th December is our penultimate shipping date before Christmas. Royal Mail postal strikes may delay some Christmas deliveries in the UK. Our last UK shipping date is Thursday 22nd December. This delivery is not guaranteed for Christmas.
International orders placed after the 15th December are not guaranteed for Christmas. All international deliveries are subject to local services and could be delayed.
It's known that Spain is currently offering a delayed service to customers. Shipping from UK to Spain is subject to delays.
Reduced service and premium airmail options are now only available to Turkey.
Shipping services and partners
We value you, our customers, and to keep costs at a minimum but offer a value for money, reliable service we have reviewed our UK postage and packaging policy along with the partners we use to distribute your orders.
Animation Toolkit standard delivery handled by Royal Mail, a reliable, cost effective service which gets you your parcels within our 3 – 5 day limit (depending on stock availability) if not sooner. UKMail ships express parcels and items heaver than 2KG. The cut off for our express service is 2pm daily GMT.
The prices we get from our distribution partners are the current best rates. We absorb packaging and labelling costs to keep your costs at a minimum.
Global Shipping Rates
Over recent months global shipping, due to the price of aviation fuel and shipping tax, has dramatically inflated. We currently offer the best prices we can on this service and review it regularly. Due to current trade restrictions we currently can not ship to Russia (unless you have a business address). Due to the current policital situation we are having difficulties shipping to Israel. Please contact us if you are from either destination and would like to order products.
Due to increased volumes of stock that goes missing we now only offer a fully tracked global shipping service. Our global shipping providers are DHL, FEDEX and UKMAIL. We no longer offer a budget air mail service.
Shipping General Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping addresses must be correct, including postcode / PO box and country with a valid phone number for tracking and delivery services. Customers not providing a correct address are liable for goods going missing. Animation Toolkit does not take liability for failed deliveries due to the wrong information provided.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 0.5 kg.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
