IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING COVID 19 AND DELIVERIES FOR 2021
Notice 04/02/21:
Hello and thank you for choosing to shop with us at Animation Toolkit. It is indeed a difficult period for us all during COVID and the complications that effects so many facets of society. Unfortunately, Animation Toolkit has been effected by the outbreak and as a precautionary measure some of manufacturing facilities have been temporarily closed. This has affected some of our standard stock levels and has increased delivery times on certain items.
Notice 03/02/21:
Global shipping (sadly) stopped motion:
It was not our intention to start a global trend, but it seems the postal services have stopped their motion.This means it may take some time for your parcel to reach your door.
We are doing our very best to keep the stop motion movement moving, but please be kind to us and our delivery partners, as we react to what is happening around the world.Here's the serious bit: as notified by DHL, Royal Mail, Fedex and Parcel Force, the 5th January is the earliest time our international shipping services will resume and this date is subject to change.
We are continually monitoring the situation, following government guidelines, abiding by local regulations and will keep you informed as the situation evolves.
NOTICE: 03/01/21:
We are trying to maintain a normal service and are back in the office on the 4th January 2021 to answer all emails within 24hrs, Monday to Friday 9:30 to 17:00. Please bare with us if this takes a little longer.

We made a decision at the end of 2016, to no longer operate a telephone service. Which applied to both inquiries, and orders.
We give a very strong pre-sales and after sales service to our customers, via email. The decision to remove the telephone service, has allowed us to focus and enhance communication via email further still.
