John Wright Modelmaking Ball Joint: 3mm Double

ABOUT JOINTS & ARMATURES

The size reference (3mm-12mm) Is the actual ball size. The balls come pre-drilled & are made from a hardened stainless steel. The joint plates are machined from mild steel stock.

A ball & socket unit comprises of 2 machined steel plates, a tension screw, pre drilled stainless balls, & a length of stainless steel rod. Joints do not come pre soldered. We recommend only hard (silver) solder to be used in joining stainless steel.
